摘要
为应对高职扩招后生源结构、学习方式的改变,针灸学课程采用基于教学平台的SPOC混合式教学模式,根据学生特点和岗位工作能力要求,对课程内容进行重构,组建专兼结合的混编教师团队,引入PDCA循环理念对教学质量评价体系进行优化。
In the course of acupuncture and moxibustion,the SPOC hybrid teaching mode,which is based on the teaching platform,is utilized in order to accommodate the shifts in student structure and learning methods brought about by the expansion of higher vocational education.The course content is reconstructed in accordance with student characteristics and work ability requirements,a mixed teacher team of full-time and part-time teachers is established,and the PDCA cycle concept is introduced to improve the teaching quality evaluation system.
