摘要
医学研究生被划分为临床型和学术型,传统临床型医学研究生培养模式是注重培养临床技能和临床思维,对于科研创新能力的培养较为忽视。中山大学附属第七医院从科研创新意识和创新精神的培养,加强临床实践与科研创新的结合,基础知识积累和学术涵养塑造、科研第二导师指导、医院和学校等投入保障等措施,来塑造具有多种发展潜能的临床与科研高度融合的复合型医学人才。
Degree of medical postgraduates are divided into professional and academic degree.The traditional professional medical graduate training program focuses on the cultivation of clinical skills and clinical thinking,but ignores the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability.The Seventh Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University had developed several strategies to train a well-rounded medical personnel with highly integrated clinical and scientific research skills,including cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability,combination of clinical practice and scientific research innovation,academic education system,second tutor for scientific research,financial funding from hospital and university.
