重复经颅磁刺激结合语言训练对孤独症患儿语言康复的影响观察

摘要 目的 观察重复经颅磁刺激结合语言训练对孤独症患儿语言康复的影响。方法 167例孤独症患儿,根据入院顺序单双号分为观察组(单号,84例)和对照组(双号,83例)。对照组患儿给予常规语言训练,观察组患儿在语言训练基础上给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组患儿语言康复效果及治疗前后孤独症行为量表(ABC)、孤独症评定量表(CARS)及0~6岁儿童心理发育量表(儿心量表)评分。结果 观察组患儿语言康复总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的80.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿ABC、CARS、儿心量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿ABC、CARS评分低于治疗前,儿心量表评分高于治疗前,且观察组患儿ABC评分(63.52±6.78)分、CARS评分(28.71±4.26)分低于对照组的(74.60±6.80)、(33.64±5.02)分,儿心量表评分(92.39±7.45)分高于对照组的(85.56±8.81)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重复经颅磁刺激结合语言训练能够增强孤独症患儿语言康复效果,同时对于症状改善均有显著作用,临床可尝试推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language training on language rehabilitation of autistic children.Methods A total of 167 children with autism were divided into observation group(odd number,84 cases)and control group(even number,83 cases)according to the order of admission numbers.Children in the control group received conventional language training,while children in the observation group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of language training.Both groups were compared in terms of language rehabilitation effects,and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)score,Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)score and 0-6 year-old pediatric examination table of neuropsychological development(pediatric neuropsychological table for short)before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of language rehabilitation in the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of ABC score,CARS score and pediatric neuropsychological table score(P>0.05).After treatment,the ABC score and CARS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the pediatric neuropsychological table score was higher than that before treatment in this group;the ABC score(63.52±6.78)points and CARS score(28.71±4.26)points in the observation group were lower than(74.60±6.80)and(33.64±5.02)points in the control group;the pediatric neuropsychological table score(92.39±7.45)points in the observation group was higher than(85.56±8.81)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language training can enhance the effect of language rehabilitation in autistic children,and have a significant effect on the improvement of symptoms,which
