沙盘游戏结合言语训练在语言发育迟缓患儿康复护理中的应用效果观察 被引量:5

Observation on the Application Effect of Sand Table Game Combined with Speech Training in Rehabilitation Nursing of Children with Language Retardation

摘要 目的探讨沙盘游戏结合言语训练在语言发育迟缓患儿康复护理中的应用效果.方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月我院收治的86例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.两组均采用常规康复护理,在此基础上,对照组增加言语训练,试验组在对照组基础上采用沙盘游戏,均持续干预6个月.对比两组语言能力、发育商、家长护理满意度.结果干预前,两组S-S(sign-significance)语言发育迟缓检查法(S-S法)评分、语言行为评估量表(VerBAS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组S-S法评分(77.31±5.42)分、VerBAS评分(45.35±4.19)分均高于对照组的(70.28±5.14)分、(37.62±5.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组各项0~6岁小儿神经心理发育量表评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组0~6岁小儿神经心理发育量表中的大运动评分(80.44±5.63)分、精细动作评分(83.05±5.11)分、社交行为评分(71.18±5.49)分、适应能力评分(72.25±6.33)分、语言评分(77.03±5.48)分均高于对照组的(73.29±6.10)分、(76.45±5.84)分、(65.66±6.20)分、(64.90±6.27)分、(70.64±6.70)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组家长护理满意度为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论沙盘游戏结合言语训练在语言发育迟缓患儿康复护理中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患儿的语言能力,促进其身心发育,从而提高家长的护理满意度. Objective To explore the application effect of sand table game combined with speech training in the rehabilitation nursing of children with language retardation.Methods 86 children with language retardation admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation nursing,on this basis,the control group was given speech training,the experimental group was given sand table game on the basis of the control group,and both groups continued to intervene for 6 months.The language ability,developmental quotient and parents’nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,the S-S(sign-significance)language retardation test(S-S method)score and the verbal behavior assessment scale(VerBAS)score were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the S-S score(77.31±5.42)points and VerBAS score(45.35±4.19)points of the experimental group were higher than(70.28±5.14)points and(37.62±5.18)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the neuropsychological development scale for children aged 0-6 years scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the gross motor score(80.44±5.63)points,the fine motor score(83.05±5.11)points,the social behavior score(71.18±5.49)points,the adaptability score(72.25±6.33)points and the language score(77.03±5.48)points in the neuropsychological development scale for children aged 0-6 years of the experimental group were higher than(73.29±6.10)points,(76.45±5.84)points,(65.66±6.20)points,(64.90±6.27)points,(70.64±6.70)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significa
