摘要
目的探讨语言行为评估量表对语言障碍儿童语言行为的评估作用。方法采用语言行为评估量表对门诊28例运动性构音障碍患儿、20例器质性构音障碍患儿、22例语言发育迟缓患儿及24例听力语言障碍患儿进行评估。结果(1)运动性构音障碍组、器质性构音障碍组、语言发育迟缓组与听力语言障碍组语言行为评估量表评估的总分均差异有显著性(P<0.05);(2)器质性构音障碍组语言行为评估量表大部分项目评分及总分均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论语言行为评估量表可用于语言障碍儿童不同类型语言障碍的语言行为特点分析,为其康复训练提供依据。
Objective To investigate the evaluation effect of the Verbal Behavior Assessment Scale(VerBAS) for language behavior characteristics of children with language disorder. Methods The Verbal Behavior Assessment Scale (VerBAS) was tested in 28 children with dysarthria, 20 children with organic dysarthria, 22 children with language hypo- evolutism and 24 children with dysaudia. Results ( 1 ) There was significant difference among the total scores of four groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). (2) Most of the single item scores and the total score in organic dysarthria group were the higher than any other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion VerBAS can be applied to analyze language beilavior characteristics of children with language disorders and provide reference for their rehabilitation trainings
