摘要
目的观察言语训练对于脑瘫患儿构音障碍的效果评价。方法对70例构音障碍患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组予以常规语言综合训练,观察组在常规训练的基础上予以个性化家庭指导言语训练。训练时间3~6个月,用中国康复研究中心构音障碍评定法和语言清晰度评定法进行评定,观察两组构音障碍患儿的言语训练效果。结果两组患儿的构音障碍均有明显改善,但是观察组的效果显效率、有效率及语言清晰度改善效果均优于对照组。两组间的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化家庭指导言语训练可以明显提高构音障碍的康复效果。
Object To observe the evaluation of speech training to cerebral palsy children with dysarthria. Methods 70 dysarthria patients were randomly divided into ohsmwation group and control group,each group has 35 cases. Control group cases were given general lanolage integrated training only,observation group eases were given both general langnage integrated training and individualized domestic galiding speech training.Observe the effect of speech training on this 2 groups.Training time was from 3 to 6 months,evaluated with dysarthria evaluation method of China Rehabilitation Research Center.Resuhs 2 groups children with dysarthria were significantly improved,however, the improvement and effeclive rate of the observation group was markedly better than control group.The difference of the 2 groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Condusions IndividuMized domestic guiding speech training could significantly improve the rehabililation effect of dysarthria.
