曲克芦丁联合鼠神经生长因子对脑瘫患儿肢体运动功能及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨曲克芦丁联合鼠神经生长因子对脑瘫患儿肢体运动功能及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量的影响。方法选择2016年2月至2018年2月我院接诊的84例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),对照组给予常规综合康复训练,观察组在此基础上,使用曲克芦丁联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,两组均连续治疗30 d。比较两组临床疗效、粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分、精细运动能力测试量表(FMFM)评分、血清NSE的变化。结果治疗后,观察组的临床疗效总有效率为85. 71%(36/42),明显高于对照组的64. 29%(27/42)(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组GMFM、FMFM量表各区域评分均较治疗前显著升高(P <0. 05),且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组血清NSE均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05),且观察组明显低于对照组[(12. 03±2. 18)μg/L vs.(17. 37±2. 75)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗期间均未出现肝功能异常以及呼吸系统、神经系统、心血管系统等不良反应,有1例患儿出现面部潮红,症状轻微,无需特殊处理,停药后自行缓解。结论曲克芦丁联合鼠神经生长因子治疗脑瘫患儿效果显著,可明显改善患儿肢体运动功能,降低血清NSE的表达,且用药安全性高,值得应用推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of troxerutin combined with mouse nerve growth factor on motor function of limbs and serum neuron specific enolase( NSE) in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Totally 84 children with cerebral palsy who received treatment from February 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects,and according to random number table,those children were divided into observation group( n = 42)and control group( n = 42); control group was treated with routine general comprehensive rehabilitation training,and observation group was treated with troxerutin combined with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of treatment in control group,both groups being treated continuously for 30 d. The clinical efficacy,gross motor function scale( GM-FM) score,fine motor ability test scale( FM FM) score and serum NSE level changes of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was 85. 71%( 36/42),which was significantly higher than that of control group( 64. 29%,27/42)( P〈0. 05); after treatment,the GM FM and FM FM scores of the two groups increased significantly( P〈0. 05),and the GM FM and FM FM scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences being statistically significant( P〈0. 05); after treatment,the serum NSE of the two groups decreased significantly( P〈0. 05),and the serum NSE in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group[( 12. 03 ± 2. 18) μg/L vs.( 17. 37 ± 2. 75) μg/L],the differences being statistically significant( P〈0. 05); there was no abnormal liver function or adverse reaction in respiratory system,nervous system and cardiovascular system during the treatment in observation group; however,there was 1 case of facial flush with mild symptoms which were relieved after drug withdrawal,and no special treatment was needed.
