摘要
以智能精播机为研究目标,设计了电气控制系统。系统以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为主控设备,结合传感器技术,通过变频器控制精播机驱动电机的供电频率,从而改变种子传输带电机和地轮电机的转速,调整播种速度和种子间距,改变风机电机的转速,调整每穴种子的粒数,从而实现高效精准的播种作业。进行仿真测试实验,结果表明:播种间距的准确性可达到98%,每穴种子粒数的准确性可达到97.5%,满足了精确播种要求。
This article takes the intelligent precision seeding machine as the research goal and designs its electrical control system.The system uses a programmable logic controller(PLC)as the main control device and combines sensor technology to control the power supply frequency of the drive motor of the precision seeder through a frequency converter,thereby changing the speed of the seed conveyor motor and the ground wheel motor to adjust the seeding speed change the speed of the fan motor to adjust the number of seeds per hole,so as to achieve efficient and accurate planting operations.Finally,through the simulation test experiment,the results show that the accuracy of the seeding interval can reach 98%,and the accuracy of the number of seeds per hole can reach 97.5%,which can basically meet the requirements of precise seeding.
