摘要
通过试验和分析,认为旱地玉米免耕覆盖播种机应具备切草、入土、防堵、仿形和镇压性能。以2BQM-6型播种机为基础,在玉米整秆覆盖地上进行了5种装置的试验,研制出组合式限深刀切草器与行间压草轮配合防堵的免耕覆盖播种机,并分析了排堵机理。试验研究结果表明,采用这种防堵装置,所播玉米出苗率和长势优于传统方法,水分利用系数大,产量增加。
The performances of stalk cutting,penetration,anti-blocking,profile following,pressing of no-till planter are concluded to be the essential functions for a no-till planter through experiments and analyses.Experiments of 5 kinds of e- quipments on the basis of a 2BQM-6 planter are carried out in the maize mulching land.A no-till mulch planter is developed which has the function of anti-blocking for stalks through the coordination of combined disc cutter and stalk press wheel. The mechanism of anti-blocking is also analyzed.The field trial results show that the planted maize with this mechanism of anti-blocking has better germination rate, better growth and higher efficiency of water usage than that with conventional methods,the yield is also increased.
