湿法炼锌过程中降低铅银渣中锌的试验研究

摘要 以湿法炼锌过程Ⅰ段酸浸后的渣为原料进行二次酸浸试验研究,考察了酸度、温度、时间、双氧水加入量等因素对Zn浸出效果的影响,结果表明:酸度120 g/L,温度90℃,时间3.5 h,双氧水加入量20%,浸出率可达到91%,渣中锌含量降低0.38%。 The secondary acid leaching experiment was carried out with the residue after acid leaching in the first stage of zinc hydrometallurgy process as the raw material. The effects of acidity, temperature, time and the amount of hydrogen peroxide on the zinc leaching effect were investigated. The results showed that the acidity was 120 g/L, the temperature was 90 ℃, the time was 3.5 h, the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 20%, the leaching rate could reach 91%, and the zinc content in the residue decreased by 0.38%.
