摘要
新能源汽车动力电池的回收、拆解和梯次利用过程涉及众多技术问题,动力电池回收商和生产商的技术创新能够提升动力电池回收使用性能,同时减轻废旧电池造成的环境问题。研究新能源汽车动力电池逆向供应链的技术创新问题,通过构建电池生产商和回收商技术创新演化博弈模型,再根据雅克比矩阵分析混合策略的演化稳定性,最后利用MATLAB软件仿真得到不同参数范围下系统的演化路径。由此可知,在动力电池梯次利用发展初期,政府部门应采取技术创新补贴措施,同时加大对回收商的补贴力度将有助于形成稳定的动力电池逆向回收市场;而当市场发展到一定规模时,政府应逐渐降低补贴力度避免企业对补贴的过度依赖,形成由市场驱动技术创新良性循环局面,加速推进新旧能源转换进程,提高环境友好水平。
The process of recycling,dismantling,and echelon utilization of new energy vehicle power batteries involves many technical issues.The technological innovations of power battery recyclers and manufacturers can improve the performance of power battery recycling and reduce environmental problems caused by waste batteries.This paper studies the technical innovation of the reverse supply chain of power batteries for new energy vehicles.By building the evolutionary game model of technological innovation for battery manufacturers and recyclers,and analyzing the evolutionary stability of the hybrid strategy according to the Jacobian matrix,finally use MATLAB software to simulate the evolution path of the system under different parameter ranges.It demonstrates that in the early stage of the development of power battery echelon utilization,governments should adopt technological innovation subsidy measures.Meanwhile,increasing subsidies for recyclers will help to form stable power battery reverse recycling markets.Governments should gradually reduce subsidies to avoid over-reliance of enterprises on subsidies when the market develops to a certain scale,form a virtuous circle of market-driven technological innovation,and accelerate the conversion of old and new energy sources to improve environmental friendliness.
