摘要 由于地下管线深埋地下,不利于日常检测,为实时了解地下管线质量情况,研究基于红外热成像的地下管线质量检测方法。基于红外热像仪工作原理采集地下管线红外热像图,当地下管线有裂纹时,热量在裂纹处聚集,使地下管线的红外热像图中出现温差,将地下管线热像图中的温差变化转化为图像的边缘信息,利用增加方向模板和改进阈值的索伯算子(Sobel)边缘检测算法检测地下管线红外热像图的边缘梯度信息,衡量红外热像图的色差,通过色差检测结果识别出图像中存在的质量问题,实现地下管线质量实时检测。实验表明:地下管线管裂纹长度及厚度越大,地下管线红外热成像的温差越大;该方法在高噪声环境下的地下管线质量检测结果依然准确,该方法具备较好的质量检测抗噪能力。 Because the underground pipeline is buried deep underground,it is not conducive to daily detection.In order to understand the quality of underground pipeline in real time,the quality detection method of underground pipeline based on infrared thermal imaging is studied.The infrared thermal image of underground pipeline was collected based on the working principle of infrared thermal imager.When there is a crack in the underground pipeline,the heat will gather at the crack,causing the temperature difference in the infrared thermal image of the underground pipeline.The temperature difference change in the thermal image of the underground pipeline was converted into the edge information of the image,and the edge gradient information of the infrared thermal image of the underground pipeline was detected by using the Sobel edge detection algorithm that increases the direction template and improves the threshold value,Measure the color difference of infrared thermal image,identify the quality problems in the image through the color difference detection results,and realize the realtime detection of underground pipeline quality.The experiment showed that the larger the crack length and thickness of underground pipeline were,the larger the temperature difference of infrared thermal imaging of underground pipeline was;The results of the quality detection of underground pipelines in high noise environment were still accurate,and the method had good quality detection and anti noise ability.
