人力资本对主观社会分层的影响分析——幸福感的中介作用

摘要 作为研究社会分层的重要基础,主观社会分层是客观社会分层的进一步延伸与拓展。进一步讨论可发现,社会分层的客观维度将资源作为主要影响因素,主观维度则通过人的感知与价值判断得以体现。本文利用CGSS2018调查数据将人力资本概念操作化为教育程度、工作年限、健康状况三项指标,并加入幸福感作为中介变量,通过运用多元回归、逐步回归、Sobel以及Bootstrap等方法研究发现,教育程度、工作年限与健康状况三项指标不仅能够直接影响个人对于自身所处社会位置的感知判断,并且均能通过幸福感对主观社会分层产生间接影响,这一研究为主观社会分层的影响机制研究提供了新的视角。 As an important basis for the study of social stratification,subjective social stratification is a further extension and extension of objective social stratification. Further discussion reveals that the objective dimension of social stratification takes resources as the main influencing factor,while the subjective dimension is reflected through human perception and value judgment. Previous studies have considered human capital to be one of the important factors influencing objective social stratification,but have not explored the relationship between it and subjective social stratification. The study uses CGSS 2018 survey data to operationalize the concept of human capital into three indicators of education level,working years,and health status,and adds happiness as an intermediary variable,and finds that the three indicators of education level,working age and health status can not only directly affect the individual’s perception and judgment of their social position through the use of multiple regression,gradual regression,Sobel and Bootstrap. This study provides a new perspective for the study of the influencing mechanisms of subjective social stratification.
