基于沸腾床渣油加氢的全厂流程加工方案优化

摘要 在炼油结构升级背景下,针对典型炼化企业存在炼油结构不合理、高硫石油焦出路难、炼厂经济效益低等问题,开展基于沸腾床渣油加氢的全厂流程加工方案优化。3种方案分别为新建沸腾床渣油加氢和催化柴油加氢转化同时焦化装置停止投用(方案一)、新建沸腾床渣油加氢和催化柴油加氢转化同时焦化装置正常运行(方案二)和新建沸腾床渣油加氢和加氢裂化同时焦化装置正常运行(方案三)。结果表明:相比方案一和方案二,方案三柴汽比大幅降低,同时汽油和航煤收率明显提升。焦化单元生成石油焦满足低硫石油焦指标。从投资和收益方面对比分析,方案三投资较高,但是投资内部收益率明显较高,投资回收期较短。总之,方案三加工路线对于炼油结构转型炼化企业在经济性方面更具竞争力。 Under the background of refining structure upgrading,aiming at the problems of unreasonable refining structure,difficult treatment of high-sulfur petroleum coke and low economic benefit of refinery in typical refining enterprises,the optimization of plant process scheme based on ebullated bed residue hydrogenation was carried out.Three schemes,building new ebullated bed hydrogenation unit and catalytic diesel hydroconversion unit at the same time of coking unit shutoff(SchemeⅠ),building new ebullated bed hydrogenation unit and catalytic diesel hydroconversion unit at the same time of operation coking unit operation(SchemeⅡ),building new ebullated bed hydrogenation unit and hydrogen cracking unit at the same time of operation coking unit operation(SchemeⅢ).The results showed that compared to SchemeⅠand SchemeⅡ,diesel-gasoline ratio of SchemeⅢwas relatively low and the yield of gasoline and jet fuel was greatly improved.Moreover,the petroleum coke met the low sulfur petroleum coke index in SchemeⅢ.From the perspective of investment and income comparison,the investment of SchemeⅢwas higher,but the internal rate of return was obviously higher and the payback period was shorter.In short,the processing route of SchemeⅢwas more competitive in terms of economy for refining enterprises undergoing structural transformation.
