摘要
转型发展是中国炼油厂实现可持续发展的关键。目前,众多炼油企业已经向油-化结合方向迈进,新建炼油产能以炼化一体化深度融合为主。资源高效利用、绿色生产和能源综合利用等技术的集成优化,成为新型炼油厂提升可持续发展水平的重要途径。笔者分析了中国炼油厂的加工现状和发展趋势,介绍了炼油厂转型发展的4种关键技术路线(分别以“渣油加氢裂化+催化裂解”、“蜡油、柴油加氢裂化+催化裂解”、“渣油加氢处理+催化裂解”和“全加氢裂化”为核心),探讨了新型炼油厂的资源高效利用、绿色生产和能源综合利用等技术的集成优化,并提出了构建新型炼油厂的建议,以期促进石化产业的转型升级。
Transformation is the key to the sustainable development of refineries in China.At present,many refining enterprises have started the production of both oils and chemicals,and the new refining capacity is based on the deep integration of refining and petrochemical industry.The integrated optimization of technologies such as the efficient use of resources,the green production and the comprehensive utilization of energy has become an important way for the new refineries to enhance their sustainable development.Here,we analyze the processing status and development trend of refineries in China,and introduce four key technical routes for the transformation and development of refineries,which are based on residue hydrocracking and deep catalytic cracking,vacuum gas oil/diesel oil hydrocracking and deep catalytic cracking,residue hydrotreating and deep catalytic cracking,and full hydrocracking.Moreover,we discuss the integrated optimization of technologies such as the efficient use of resources,the green production and the comprehensive utilization of energy,and propose some suggestions on the construction of new refineries.With above-mentioned information,we aim to promote the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry.
