摘要
涡轮壳是涡轮增压器的主要零件之一,直接连接发动机的排气管,处在高温、高压和高速运转的工作状态下,工作环境恶劣,工作要求苛刻,因此对涡轮壳制造的材料、零件的结构尺寸和加工技术都提出了较高要求。主要分析某型号带排气管涡轮壳的机械加工工艺难点,充分利用现有的设备和加工条件,合理选择加工路线,设计夹具刀具量具,选择加工参数,采取多种保证精度的有效措施,解决该类复杂结构的涡轮壳制造工艺技术的难点并保证关键特性尺寸要求,最终确定并验证了工艺路线。在保证质量的前提下,显著提高了生产效率,产品合格率达到99%,为同类型产品加工提供了新的思路和加工经验。
Turbo housing was one of the main parts of the turbocharger, it was connected to the exhaust pipe of the engine directly, and worked in high temperature, high pressure and high-speed operation state. Because of the harsh working environment, the requirements of manufacturing materials, parts structure size and processing technology for turbo housing were very high. We mainly analyzed the difficulties of machining process for a turbo housing with exhaust pipe. Based on making full use of the existing equipment and conditions, we reasonably selected processing route, designed fixture, cutter, and measuring implement. The machining parameters were selected, and many effective measures were taken to solve manufacturing technology difficulties of complex turbo housing and ensure the key characteristic size requirements. Finally we determined and verified the machining process. Under the premise of ensuring quality, it improved the production efficiency significantly, and product qualified rate reached 99%, which provided new ideas and processing experience for the same type of products.
