摘要
鸡血藤含化学成分复杂,具有抗肿瘤活性成分,显现出良好的抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用,对抗肿瘤研究具有重要意义。本文就鸡血藤活性成分提取工艺及其抗宫颈癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌的药理作用和肿瘤细胞的相关死亡通道进行系统综述,以掌握鸡血藤活性成分提取工艺技术及抗肿瘤药理学研究进展,以此为鸡血藤药用资源的开发利用及为后续的抗肿瘤研究提供理论依据。
Suberect Spatholobus stem contains complex chemical components and has anti-tumor active ingredients,showing good antiviral and anti-tumor effects,which is of great significance for anti-tumor research.In this paper,the extraction technology of active components from suberect spatholobus stem and its pharmacological effects on cervical cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer and the related death channels of tumor cells are systematically reviewed,in order to master the extraction technology of active components from suberect spatholobus stem and the research progress of anti-tumor pharmacology,meanwhile to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of suberect spatholobus stem and the subsequent anti-tumor research.
