摘要
本文对小驳骨Gendarussa vulgaris Nees的化学成分与药理作用研究进行综述,以期为小驳骨的进一步研究提供理论依据。化学研究显示,小驳骨中含有的成分主要有生物碱、挥发性油脂、黄酮类化合物、苷类化合物和香豆精等;药理研究显示,小驳骨具有的药理作用包括:抗炎,镇痛,保肝,抗氧化,免疫抑制,抗艾滋病病毒等。
In this paper,we review the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Gendarussa vulgaris Nees,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for further research on Gendarussa vulgaris nees.The chemical study showed that the components of Gendarussa vulgaris Nees mainly included alkaloids,volatile oils,flavonoids,glycosides and coumarin.Pharmacological studies have shown that the Gendarussa vulgaris Nees has pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory,analgesic,liver protection,antioxidant,immunosuppression,anti-HIV and so on.
