摘要
探寻瓦松总多酚成分的最佳提取工艺技术及其抗氧化活性,采用超声辅助乙醇提取的方法,在不同乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度及时间条件下,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析出最佳工艺条件,并且同时检测瓦松总多酚对羟基自由基的清除能力。得到最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度40%、超声温度60℃、超声时间70 min、料液比1∶10 g/mL时,瓦松总多酚的提取率为13.96%。瓦松总多酚提取物抑制羟基自由基的IC_(50)值为0.886 g/L,呈现较好的抗氧化效果。
To explore the optimal extraction technology and antioxidant activity of total polyphenols from Orostachys fimbriata,ultrasonic assisted extraction in ethanol was used to optimize extraction rate of total polyphenols through the single factor test and orthogonal experiment.Meanwhile,the hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of total polyphenols was tested.The results show that the most important factor is extraction time,and the optimal conditions are determined as ethanol concentration 40%,ultrasonic 70 min at 60℃,material-to-liquid ratio 1∶10 through verification experiments.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total polyphenols is 13.96%.The scavenging ability of total polyphenols is positively correlated with the concentration.The IC_(50)of total polyphenols against hydroxyl anion free radicals is 0.886 g/L,indicating the good antioxidant activity.
