摘要
目的应用NoteExpress2软件对国内CICARE沟通模式领域相关文献进行分析,了解CICARE沟通模式在我国的发展现状,为开展CICARE沟通模式领域的研究提供借鉴。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库中CICARE沟通模式领域相关文献,检索时间为2021年12月31日,检索区间为建库至2021年12月,分析该领域文献数量、期刊来源、高频关键词。结果最终纳入文献231篇;国内在该领域的研究总体呈上升趋势;《当代护士》刊登的CICARE沟通模式研究的文献最多,共15篇,其次为《齐鲁护理杂志》;李丹是CICARE沟通模式研究领域中影响力最高的学者;华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院是发表论文最多的机构,共13篇;论文被引频次在20次以上的有17篇,最高被引频次为150次;研究受科研基金资助的有22篇;CICARE沟通模式研究的热点主要集中在对护理工作人员沟通能力的改善和批判性思维的提高方面的研究、对患者及家属的健康宣教的影响方面的研究。结论CICARE沟通模式应用研究广泛,但研究质量、深度和方法有待提高,且多为单一性干预类研究,缺乏整体性的干预性研究,可增加与其他沟通模式的结合性研究。
Objective To analyze the relevant literature in the field of CICARE communication mode in China by NoteExpress2 software,to understand the development status of CICARE communication mode in China,and to provide reference for the research of CICARE communication mode.Methods Relevant literatures in the field of CICARE communication mode in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases were retrieved.The retrieval time was December 31,2021,and the retrieval interval was from the establishment of the database to December 2021.The number of literatures,journal sources and high-frequency keywords in this field were analyzed.Results A total of 231 articles were included.Domestic research in this field is generally on the rise;“Modern Nurse”published the most literature on CICARE communication mode,with a total of 15 articles,followed by“Journal of Qilu Nursing”.LI Dan was the most influential scholar in the field of CICARE communication model research.Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology was the institution with the most published papers,with a total of 13 articles.There were 17 articles cited more than 20 times,and the highest cited frequency was 150 times.22 articles were supported by research fund.The research hotspots of CICARE communication model mainly focused on the improvement of communication ability and critical thinking of nursing staff,and the impact on health education of patients and their families.Conclusion CICARE communication model has been widely used,but the quality,depth and method of research need to be improved.Most of them are single intervention studies,lacking holistic intervention studies,which can increase the combination of other communication models.
