摘要
目的探讨CICARE沟通护理对白内障人工晶状体植入术患者心理状态及遵医嘱行为的影响。方法选取2019年8月-2022年8月在我院接受人工晶状体植入术的122例白内障患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各61例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上应用CICARE沟通护理,观察两组患者术后次日、出院前日心理状态及治疗依从性。结果本研究共纳入122例患者,对照组和研究组均有1例患者因问卷填写有误剔除,最终120例患者完成研究。术后次日,两组患者焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HADS)各维度评分及总评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院前日,两组患者HADS各维度评分及总评分均有下降(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后次日,两组患者莫里斯基依从性量表(morisky medication adherence scale,MMAS-8)总评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院前日,两组患者MMAS-8总评分均有提升(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CICARE沟通护理可有效改善白内障人工晶状体植入术患者的心理状态,从而提升遵医嘱行为。
Objective:To study the effect of CICARE communication nursing on psychological state and compliance behavior of patients undergoing cataract intraocular lens implantation.Methods:A total of 122 cataract patients who received intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected,and were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group applied CICARE communication nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state and treatment compliance between the two groups were observed on the next day after surgery and the day before discharge.Results:A total of 120 patients were included in this study,and 1 patient in both the control group and the research group was excluded due to errors in questionnaire filling.Finally,120 patients completed the study.On the next day after surgery,there were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension scores and total scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)between the two groups(P>0.05).On the day before discharge,HADS scores of all dimensions and total scores were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total scores of morisky adherence scale(MMAS-8)between the two groups on the next day after surgery(P>0.05).On the day before discharge,the total score of MMAS-8 increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CICARE communication nursing can effectively improve psychological state of patients undergoing cataract intraocular lens implantation,thus improving the compliance with medical advice.
