索维SW9000与卡尔蔡司IOLMaster在生物测量中的临床对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的评估中国天津索维SW9000与德国卡尔蔡司IOLMaster两种光学眼球生物测量仪器对于年龄相关性白内障患者眼球生物测量的准确性和一致性。方法对照观察分别由索维SW9000与IOLMaster测量的年龄相关性白内障患者眼球生物学参数。所得数据进行K-S正态分布检验,配对t检验差异性分析,Pearson相关性分析,Bland-Altman一致性分析。结果索维SW9000与卡尔蔡司IOLMaster眼轴及角膜曲率测量数据间无统计学差异,呈高度相关性。眼轴的95%一致性界限范围为0. 1~-0. 1 mm。角膜屈光力(曲率) K1的95%一致性界限范围为0. 66~-0. 65 D,K2的95%一致性界限范围为0. 59~-0. 59 D。角膜曲率轴位对比(角膜散光> 1 D,53只眼),配对t检验提示无明显差异。结论在年龄相关性白内障患者中,两种生物测量仪的测量结果一致性很好。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy and consistency of two optical eyeball biometric instruments,Tianjin Suowei SW9000 and Carl Zeiss IOLMaster,for ocular biometric measurements in age-related cataract patients.Methods The ocular biological parameters of age-related cataract patients measured by Suoer SW9000 and IOLMaster were compared.The data were analyzed by K-S normal distribution test,paired samples t test,Pearson correlation analysis and Bland-Altman consistency analysis.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the Sowey SW9000 and the Carl Zeiss IOLMaster eye axis and corneal refractive power(curvature)measurements.The 95% consistency limit of the eye axis ranges from 0.1 to-0.1 mm.The 95% uniformity limit of corneal refractive power(curvature)K1 is 0.66 D to-0.65 D,and the 95% consistency limit of K2 is 0.59 D to-0.59 D.The refractive power(curvature)axial alignment(corneal astigmatism>1D,53 eyes),paired t-test showed no significant difference.Conclusions In patients with age-related cataract,there was good agreement between the two biometric instruments.
