摘要
为解决选矿设计中工艺流程计算问题,提高选矿设计的速度和质量,通过理论分析结合工程实践经验建立了选矿流程设备计算模型,在此基础上,设计并研发了一套基于微服务架构的选矿工艺数字化计算系统。系统基于SpringBootAlibaba框架,面向部门管理人员、设计人员、普通员工提供系统管理、选矿计算、项目查询等模块,打破传统单体式选矿系统间壁垒,从架构上保证了高内聚、低耦合,使系统具有良好的操作性、维护性和扩展性。该系统已用于木绒某矿的采选工程数质量流程计算,计算结果与手算结果一致且精度更高,表明该系统能够高效准确地用于选矿工艺流程计算。
In order to solve the problem of process flow calculation in beneficiation design, as well as to improve the speed and quality of beneficiation design, a calculation model of beneficiation process equipment was established through theoretical analysis combined with engineering practice experiences. On this basis, a set of beneficiation process digital computing system based on microservice architecture was designed and developed. Based on the SpringBootAlibaba framework, the system can provide modules such as system management, mineral processing calculation, and project query for department managers, designers, and ordinary employees. It breaks the barriers between traditional single-type mineral processing systems and guarantees high cohesion and low coupling from the architecture, with good operability, maintainability and scalability. The system has been used to calculate the quantity and quality process of a mining and beneficiation project in a mine. The calculation results are consistent with the manual calculation results and have a higher accuracy, indicating that the system can be used efficiently and accurately to calculate the beneficiation process.
