摘要
立足于矿山企业综合生产管控实际需求,为实现矿山生产中对业务数据的分析与监控、对设备和人员的智能化管控与决策以及对现场作业高精度预警,基于微服务架构定制开发了矿山生产管控平台。此平台旨在推动面向采矿、选矿领域的应用服务能力建设。平台搭建基于SpringCloud微服务框架,涵盖用户管理、资源管理、系统管理、权限管理和流程管理等基础功能模块,抽象矿山数据采集及展示需求,创建了工业数据集成展示管理模块,并根据矿山企业数据管理需求,设计了业务数据综合查询管理等模块,同时利用HTML和Vue技术搭建了Web前端,实现用户交互界面。通过搭建生产管控平台环境及开发业务功能模块,可以协助矿山企业全面掌控生产作业情况对进一步强化矿山作业基础能力、提高综合数据集成水平和信息化建设提供了有力的基础支撑。
Focusing on the actual demand of comprehensive production management and control for mining enterprises,in order to realize the analysis and monitoring of business data,intelligent control and decision-making of equipment and personnel,and high-precision early warning of field operation,a mine production management and control platform is developed based on microservice architecture.The purpose of this platform is to promote the construction of application service ability for mining and mineral processing.The platform is based on the SpringCloud microservice framework,covering user management,resource management,system management,permission management and process management and other basic functional modules.It abstracts the requirements of mining data collection and display,creates the integrated display management module of industrial data,and designs the comprehensive query management module of business data according to the needs of mining enterprise data management.With the use of HTML and Vue technology,a web front-end is built to achieve user interface.The construction of the production control platform of realizing the function module of environment and development,can help mining enterprises to fully control the production and operation and make full use of data resources,which provides strong basic support for further strengthening the basic ability of mine operation,improving the level of comprehensive data integration and information construction.
