摘要
南非某铂金矿包含Merensky和UG-2两种矿石。根据该矿矿石性质和半工业试验结果,选矿设计采用阶段磨矿—阶段选别工艺。对碎磨工艺设计进行了研究,最终采用了中碎前预先筛分的破碎工艺流程和高频细筛+旋流器组合的磨矿分级工艺流程;对浮选工艺设计进行了研究,确定了适合该矿的浮选工艺流程;同时针对铂族金属矿物高密度的特点,指出了一些铂金矿选矿设计要点。
A platinum gold mine in South Africa contains Merensky and UG-2 ores.According to the ore properties and pilot test results of the mine,the stage grinding-stage separation process is adopted in the design of the mineral processing.The paper makes a study of the crushing and grinding process design,the crushing process flow with pre-screening before medium crushing and the grinding and classification process flow with high-frequency fine screen and cyclone combination are finally adopted.The paper conducts the study of the flotation process design to determine appropriate flotation process flow.Meanwhile,the paper points out some key points of mineral processing design for platinum gold mine in view of high density platinum group metal minerals.
