摘要
目前,国内转底炉工艺生产的直接还原铁(DRI)存在高温显热未利用、粉末含量高、强度低、易自燃等问题。简要分析了两种典型热压工艺特点,并采用半工业试验,验证了国产热压机用于转底炉工艺生产热压块(HBI)的可行性。根据试验结果,以A企业转底炉生产线为基础,提出了转底炉工艺生产热压块设计方案。认为国产热压机对原料的适应性更强,自动化控制简单,可配置备用设备,较对辐式热压机工艺流程简化,可大幅降低建设成本。
Currently,the domestic rotary hearth furnace for producing direct reduced iron(DRI)has the disadvantages of failing to utilize the latent heat of high temperature DRI,high DRI powder content,low DRI strength and easy spontaneous combustion of DRI.A analysis is made on the characteristics of two typical hot briquetting processes,followed by a pilot test,so as to verify the feasibility of producing hot briquettes iron(HBI)by using domestic hot briquetting machine in cooperation with rotary hearth furnace.Based on the test result and the rotary hearth furnace production line of company A,a design solution for producing HBI in the rotary hearth furnace is proposed.It is believed that the domestic hot briquetting machine excels with its stronger adaptability to raw materials,simplified automation control,and flexible configuration.Compared with the roller type hot briquetting machine,this solution needs much less investment thanks to its simpler operation process.
