摘要
碳化硼(B4C)陶瓷具有熔点高、硬度大、耐酸碱腐蚀性好、热膨胀系数小等一系列优良性能,被广泛应用于机械、冶金、化工、军事、国防、航天航空、核能等众多领域。本文综述了国内外碳化硼陶瓷各种烧结技术(无压烧结、热压烧结、放电等离子烧结、微波烧结等)的研究进展,并对这些烧结技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
Boron Carbide ceramics are widely used in machinery,metallurgy,chemical industry,military,national defense,aerospace,nuclear energy,and many other fields due to a series of excellent properties such as high melting point,high hardness,good acid and alkali corrosion resistance,and small thermal expansion coefficient.In this paper,the research progress of various sintering technologies(pressureless sintering,hot pressing sintering,spark plasma sintering,microwave sintering,etc.)of Boron Carbide ceramics at home and abroad is reviewed.Then the development trend of these sintering technologies is prospected.
