摘要
目的 了解2018年河北省成年居民高血压与血脂异常患病的相关性。方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取成年常住人口为样本,采用多因素logistic回归分析成年居民血脂异常与高血压及高血压各亚型患病率之间的关系。结果 2018年共7 702人纳入分析。高血压患病率为37.55%,单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)的患病率为12.11%,单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)的患病率为2.75%,收缩期舒张期高血压(SDH)的患病率为9.42%。血脂异常的患病率是36.23%,高胆固醇血症的患病率是6.62%,高三酰甘油血症的患病率是15.28%,低高密度脂蛋白血症的患病率是22.30%,高低密度脂蛋白血症的患病率是5.01%。高三酰甘油血症者患高血压风险是三酰甘油正常者的1.448倍(95%CI:1.229,1.704),血脂异常者患高血压风险是血脂正常者的1.311倍(95%CI:1.105,1.555)。结论 河北省成年居民血脂异常及高血压患病率较高,血脂异常与高血压患病率密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship of hypertension and dyslipidemia among adult residents in Hebei province in 2018.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster survey was conducted among the permanent population,Multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationships between dyslipidemia and the prevalence of hypertension and hypertension subtypes.Results A total of 7,702 adult subjects aged≥18 years were finally included in 2018.The proportion of patients with hypertension,isolated systolic hypertension(ISH),isolated diastolic hypertension(IDH),systolic-diastolic hypertension(SDH)was 37.55%,12.11%,2.75%and 9.42%,respectively.The proportion of patients with dyslipidemia,higher total cholesterol(TC),higher triacylglyeerol(TG),lower high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),higher low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)were 36.23%,6.62%,15.28%,22.30%and 5.01%,respectively.Multivariate analysis result showed that the risk of higher TG to normal TG was 1.448 times(95%CI:1.229~1.704),and the risk of dyslipidemia to normal lipid was 1.311 times(95%CI:1.105~1.555%).Conclusion Adult residents have higher prevalence of dyslipidemia and hypertension in this study,and dyslipidemia is closely related to the prevalence of hypertension.
