乙烯基树脂/空心玻璃微珠复合材料的制备及性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Properties of Vinyl Resin/Hollow Glass Microspheres Composites

摘要 将空心玻璃微珠(HGMS)掺入乙烯基树脂中,通过模压技术制备了玻璃纤维增强乙烯基树脂/空心玻璃微珠(GF/VER/HGMS)复合材料,并比较单一填料和混掺填料对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料弯曲性能随着HGMS的含量增加而下降。当HGMS的含量为20 g,GF/VER/20HGMS的力学性能较好,抗弯强度和邵氏硬度分别为124.6 MPa和91.2,腐蚀后性能下降6.43%和2.63%。混掺双飞粉(GCC)后的复合材料性能优于填充单一填料的复合材料。HGMS含量越高,复合材料的耐热性越好,残炭率最高可达74.3%。过量的HGMS使树脂糊黏度增加,不利于填料在树脂中均匀分散,并出现大量团聚、破碎现象,导致复合材料的抗破坏能力减弱。 The hollow glass microsphere(HGMS) were mixed into the vinyl ester resin(VER), and the glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin/hollow glass microsphere(GF/VER/HGMS) composites were prepared by molding technology, and the effects of single filler and mixed filler on the properties of the composites were compared. The results show that the flexural properties of the composites decrease with the increase of HGMS content. When the content of HGMS is 20 g, the mechanical properties of GF/VER/20HGMS are better, the flexural strength and hardness are 124.6 MPa and 91.2, respectively, and the performance are decreased by 6.43% and 2.63% after corrosion. The properties of composites with double fly ash(GCC) are better than those of composites filled with single filler. The higher the content of HGMS, the better the heat resistance of the composites, and the carbon residue rate can reach 74.3%. Excessive HGMS increases the viscosity of the resin paste, which is not conducive to the uniform dispersion of the filler in the resin, and a large number of agglomeration and crushing phenomena occur, resulting in a weakening of the damage resistance of the composite.
