光致变色TPU皮芯纤维的制备及性能表征 被引量:5

摘要 随着人们对服装高档化、个性化要求的日益增强和对功能性整理织物要求的提高,开发新型变色纤维材料、变色织物将有良好的发展前途和广阔的应用前景。目前市场上生产的变色纤维和织物普遍是通过印染和后整理得到,大多存在强度差和易失效等缺点。本文通过熔融纺丝法将变色材料分散到聚合物中制备出一种光致变色皮芯纤维,且将变色材料置于纤维芯层,使之得到有效的保护,大大提高了变色纤维的机械强度并有效的克服其易失效等缺点。 With the increasing demand for high-end clothing and individualized products and the improvement of the requirements for functional finishing fabrics,the development of new color-changing fiber materials and color-changing fabrics will have a good development prospect and broad application prospects.The currently produced color-changing fibers and fabrics are generally printed and post-finished,and most of them have disadvantages such as poor strength and easy failure.In this paper,a photochromic sheath-core fiber is prepared by dispersing a color-changing material into a polymer by melt spinning,and the color-changing material is placed on the core layer of the fiber to effectively protect it,thereby greatly improving the mechanical strength of the color-changing fiber.And effectively overcome its shortcomings such as easy failure.
