摘要
传统的城市交通拥堵治理手段以人工经验为主导,大数据和信息技术不断发展为城市交通拥堵治理提供了智慧化的方法与手段。运用“多层式”技术框架和“数据—仿真—服务”的技术流程搭建城市交通拥堵治理决策仿真平台。在佛山市禅城区的应用案例中,详细阐述平台搭建过程中三大关键技术的应用:融合互联网导航和电子卡口数据获取动态车流OD的技术;治堵决策辅助模块定制化开发技术;仿真结果自动化输出技术。结果表明,该仿真平台能够为城市交通拥堵治理提供智慧化、快捷化和直观化的决策支撑。
The traditional urban traffic congestion control method is dominated by artificial experience.The continuous development of big data and information technology provides intelligent methods and means for urban traffic congestion control.This paper proposes to construct an urban traffic congestion control decision simulation platform by using a“multi-layer”technical framework and the“data-simulation-service”technical process.In the application case of Changcheng District,Foshan,three core technologies are elaborated:1)origin-destination estimation technology using Internet navigation data and electronic data at checkpoints;2)the customized development technology of congestion strategy module;3)automatic output of simulation results.The result shows that the platform can provide intelligent,rapid,and intuitive decision-making support for urban traffic congestion control.
