摘要
为了进一步满足互联网导航电子地图服务质量调查的需求,在CH/T 1019和GB/T28441的质量评价模型的基础上,提出一种适用于互联网瓦片地图数据格式的导航电子地图的质量评价改进模型。实验结果显示该方法能够较合理地反映各检测样区的质量水平,并以此为基础,采用非参数Bootstrap方法可较合理地估计互联网地图服务的整体状况,而采用t分布估计会出现失效情况。
In order to further meet the quality inspection requirements of internet navigation digital map service,based on the quality evaluation models of CH/T 1019 and GB/T28441,the paper proposed a modified quality evaluation model of navigation digital maps suitable for internet tile map data format.Experimental result showed that:the proposed method could reasonably reflect the quality level of each sample area;on this basis,the non-parametric Bootstrap method could reasonably estimate the overall condition of internet map service,while the student t-estimation could be out of work with the same data.
