摘要
目的探讨以病例为基础的学习模式(case based learning,CBL)联合基于症状的思维导图在心内科临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月期间于菏泽市第二人民医院心内科进行临床实习的64名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数表将其分为对照组(32例)与研究组(32例)。对照组实习生接受常规心内科临床实习带教方案,研究组采用CBL模式联合基于症状的思维导图进行心内科临床实习带教。观察并比较两组教学考核成绩与带教满意度。结果研究组教学考核成绩中的理论基础知识与实践操作能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以病例为基础的学习模式联合基于症状的思维导图在心内科临床实习带教中具有显著的应用效果,能够有效增强实习生的理论基础知识与实践操作能力,提高带教工作满意度,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with symptom-based mind mapping in the teaching of clinical internship in cardiology.Methods 64 interns who underwent clinical internship in the Department of Cardiology of the Heze Second People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group(32 cases)and the study group(32 cases)according to a random number table.The interns in the control group received the conventional clinical internship teaching program in cardiology,while the study group received the CBL model combined with symptom-based mind mapping for clinical internship teaching in cardiology.The teaching assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The scores of theoretical basic knowledge and practical operation ability in the teaching assessment of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of teaching in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based learning model combined with symptom-based thinking guide has significant application effect in clinical internship teaching in cardiology,which can effectively enhance the theoretical basic knowledge and practical operation ability of interns and improve the satisfaction of teaching work,and has certain promotion value.
