摘要
目的探究腕踝针治疗在妊娠剧吐中的应用效果。方法选取88名妊娠剧吐孕妇,按照单盲法分为参照组(42名)与干预组(46名)。参照组行常规治疗,干预组在参照组基础上行腕踝针治疗。比较两组住院时间、呕吐症状评分、日常生活评分及总体疗效。结果干预组住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组呕吐症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组呕吐症状评分均低于治疗前,且干预组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组孕妇日常生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组孕妇日常生活评分均高于治疗前,且干预组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗痊愈率95.65%高于参照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针治疗在妊娠剧吐中的应用效果确切,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 88 pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum were selected and divided into the control group(42)and the intervention group(46)according to the single blind method.The reference group received conventional treatment,and the intervention group received wrist and ankle acupuncture on the basis of the reference group.The length of hospital stay,vomiting symptom score,daily life score and overall efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of hospitalization in the intervention group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant difference in vomiting symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,vomiting symptom scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the intervention group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in daily life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the daily life scores of pregnant women in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the intervention group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The cure rate in the intervention group was 95.65%higher than that in the reference group 73.81%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wrist and ankle acupuncture in hyperemesis gravidarum is effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
