摘要
以粤菜、沪菜为题材的长篇小说《燕食记》是葛亮对“非物质文化”遗产书写的丰富与深化,作者再一次通过表现主人公对中国传统手工技艺的坚守和创新,思考中国文化“常与变”的主题。葛亮的“物系列”小说继承了中国诗学“借物抒情”的大传统,《燕食记》在这种大传统的语境中重新演绎了“上海、香港地区”的双城记,以“饮食”为核心,从“技、信、义”三个层面展现中国人既朴素又长久的为人处事之道。
Ge Liang's full-length novel Tales of Lunches and Dinners,addressing Cantonese cuisine and Shanghai cuisine as its subject matters,deepens and enriches his representation of intangible cultural heritage.The contemplation of constancy and variation of Chinese culture once again features prominently in his account of inheriting and innovating traditional Chinese handicrafts.Ge Liang joins the grand tradition of Chinese poetics,lyricism evoked by portraying objects,with his fictional representation of conventional Chinese objects.This grand tradition facilitates his innovation of the tales of two cities"Shanghai and Hong Kong".From the perspectives of technique,faith and righteousness concerning Chinese cuisines,this paper looks into the long-standing ways in which Chinese people conduct themselves.
