摘要
《燕食记》起笔于物,落笔于情。文本以怀旧式的写作姿态复写文化记忆;以“重复叙事”的书写模式渲染出温情却克制的情感基调;以宏大历史缝隙中的日常生活,呈现个体沿着岭南饮食文化脉络生长的时代精神和情感结构。借助个体的精神成长和民间匠人的生存哲学,《燕食记》建构起一种与饮食相关的抒情诗学,诠释了“情”与“物”的辩证关系。
About feeling and matter,An Account of Lunches and Dinners duplicates culture memory in a nostalgic posture,creating a tender but controlled emotional tone in a mode of repetitive narration,and,with the daily life in the seams of grand history,it represents the spirit of the times and the emotional structure of the individuals that grow along the veins of food culture in Lingnan(regions south of the Five Ridges).By way of the spiritual growth of an individual and the survival philosophy of the folksy craftsmen,An Account of Lunches and Dinners has constructed a lyrical poetics associated with food,explicating the dialectic relationship between feeling and matter.
