摘要
试验旨在研究厚朴提取物对湖羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵及血清生化指标的影响。选取72头健康、体重相近的湖羊随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只羊。A组(对照组)、B组、C组、D组分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100、150 mg/kg厚朴提取物。试验期56 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,C组湖羊末重、平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组湖羊的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,C组、D组湖羊瘤胃中氨态氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),各试验组湖羊瘤胃中丁酸含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组湖羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),C组、D组湖羊血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05),D组湖羊血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著升高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加厚朴提取物可以提高湖羊的生长性能,改善瘤胃功能,提高血清抗氧化能力和免疫能力,对动物代谢功能无负面作用,厚朴提取物的适宜添加量为100 mg/kg。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Magnolia officinalis extract on growth performance,rumen fermentation and serum biochemical indexes of Hu sheep.A total of 72 healthy and consistent weight Hu sheep were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and six sheep in each replicates.The sheep in group A(control group),group B,group C and group D were fed with basic diet supplentment with 0,50,100 and 150 mg/kg of Magnolia officinalis extract.The test period was 56 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the final weight and average daily feed intake of Hu sheep in group C were significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily gain of Hu sheep in each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of ammonia nitrogen in rumen of Hu sheep in group C and group D was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the content of butyric acid in rumen of Hu sheep in each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the activity of SOD in serum of Hu sheep in test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum IgG content of Hu sheep in group C and group D was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum IgA content in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of TNF-αwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of TG in serum of group D was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that dietary supplementation of Magnolia officinalis extract can improve the growth performance,rumen function,serum antioxidant capacity and immune capacity of Hu sheep,which has no negative effect on animal metabolic function.The optimal supplemental level of magnolia officinalis extract is 100 mg/kg.
