摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的厚朴酚对断奶仔猪生长性能、肝脏抗氧化功能及脂代谢的影响。试验选取体重[(7.91±0.00) kg]相近且健康的21日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交阉公猪144头,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复6头猪。3组仔猪分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.02%厚朴酚(0.02%厚朴酚组)、基础饲粮+0.04%厚朴酚(0.04%厚朴酚组)。饲养试验预试期7 d,正试期35 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%厚朴酚显著提高断奶仔猪第1~19天和第20~35天的平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),显著降低第1~19天和第20~35天的料重比(F/G)(P<0.05),而0.02%厚朴酚组和0.04%厚朴酚组的腹泻率和腹泻指数均显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%厚朴酚显著提高断奶仔猪肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%厚朴酚显著或极显著提高断奶仔猪肝脏中核因子E2相关因子2 (Nrf2)、 Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1 (Keap1)、 CAT、超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(GPx1)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶(GST)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%厚朴酚显著降低断奶仔猪肝脏中胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%厚朴酚显著降低断奶仔猪肝脏中脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)和甘油三酯脂酶(ATGL)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。综上可知,饲粮添加0.04%厚朴酚可提高断奶仔猪肝脏的抗氧化能力,改善脂代谢,从而维持肝脏正常的生理功能,最终提高断奶仔猪的生长性能。
The current experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplemented with different levels of magnolol on growth performance,liver antioxidant function and lipid metabolism of weaned piglets.One hundred and forty-four 21-day-old healthy“Duroc×Landrace×Large White”crossbred barrows with similar body weight of(7.91±0.00)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate. Piglets in the 3 groups were fed a basal diet(control group),the basal diet+0.02% honokiol(0.02% honokiol group),and the basal diet+0.04% honokiol(0.04% honokiol group). The experiment lasted for 35 days after 7 days of adaption. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 0.04% magnolol significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)of piglets at days 1 to 19 and days 20 to 35,and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)at days 1 to 19 and days 20 to 35(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of piglets in the 0.02% magnolol group and0.04% magnolol group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 0.04% magnolol significantly increased the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and catalase(CAT)in liver of weaned piglets(P<0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 0.04% magnolol significantly or extremely significantly increased the mRNA relative expression levels of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap1),CAT,superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1),glutathione peroxidase 1(GPx1),glutathione reductase(GR),and glutathione S-transferase(GST)in liver of weaned piglets(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 4)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 0.04%magnolol significantly decreased the contents of cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein in liver of weaned piglets(P<0.05). 5)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 0.
