摘要
为研究厚朴酚对猪链球菌的抑制作用及对其感染巨噬细胞的影响,本试验在不同时间点检测空白组和厚朴酚组的猪链球菌生长曲线和细胞膜通透性;巨噬细胞分为空白组、猪链球菌组和厚朴酚25μmol/L组、50μmol/L组、100μmol/L组,检测各组细胞活性、吞噬细菌数量和炎症因子水平。结果显示:厚朴酚可使猪链球菌生长幅度降低约68.6%,并改变细菌细胞膜通透性;三个厚朴酚组均可显著提高染菌巨噬细胞活性、吞噬细菌数量和降低炎症因子水平(P<0.01);其中100μmol/L厚朴酚组可使染菌巨噬细胞活性提升26.8%,吞噬细菌数量增加5倍,炎症因子水平降低70%左右。
In order to investigate the inhibition of Magnolol(Mag)on Streptococcus suis(S.suis) and the influence on macrophages infected,the growth curve of S.suis and membrane permeability were detected in different point of time in control group and Mag group.The macrophages were divided into control group,S.suis group,25 μmol/L Mag group,50 μmol/L Mag group and 100 μmol/L Mag group.The cells viability,phagocytosis and levels of inflammatory cytokine were detected.The results showed that Mag could significantly inhibit the growth of S.suis and change the permeability of bacterial cell membrane.Three groups of Mag respectivly improved the cells viability and phagocytosis of macrophagus and decreased the levels of inflammatory cytokine(P〈0.01).Compared with S.suis group,100 μmol/L Mag could enhance the activity of the dysphaglia macrophages in 26.8%,increase the number of bacteria for five times,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factor in about 70%.
