摘要
在乡村振兴战略发展背景之下应当围绕创业实践作为导向,积极秉承面向社会和面向用人单位治学的优质指导思想,密切重视对于操作技能进行培养,助力学生的个人技能水平不断提升,并拉近和高校及用人单位之间的合作关系,实现人才培养工作和人才聘用工作直接结合,助力高校内部大学生的人才质量与社会价值提升,为国内的乡村振兴战略培养出更多的懂技术、通管理的创业型优质人才。
