摘要
在新时代背景下,农村经济在国民经济发展中的地位和作用显著提升。在城乡发展速度不均衡的今天,如何有效利用农村资源、实现农村经济振兴是一个十分重要的课题。作为新时代的大学生,他们创新创业的意识和积极性逐步提升,更多的大学生在毕业之后选择回乡创业。这种创业决策在新时代背景下虽然符合时代发展,但仍有诸多问题亟待解决。该文通过分析大学生返乡创业现状和存在的问题,提出了影响大学生回乡创业的相关因素,简述乡村振兴战略背景下大学生创新创业能力提升的策略,希望能够为大学生回乡创业提供一些借鉴与帮助。
Under the background of the new era,the status and role of rural economy in the development of national economy have been significantly enhanced.Today,with the uneven development speed between urban and rural areas,how to use rural resources effectively and realize rural economic revitalization is a very important subject.As college students in the new era,their awareness and enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship are gradually improving,and more college students choose to return to their hometown to start businesses after graduation.Although this kind of entrepreneurial decision is in line with the development of the times in the new era,there are still many problems to be solved in some aspects.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of college students returning home to start their own businesses,this paper puts forward the relevant factors affecting college students returning home to start their own businesses,and briefly describes the strategy of improving college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of rural revitalization strategy,hoping to provide some reference and help for college students returning home to start their own businesses.
