摘要
“双创”理念的推广真正打造出大众创业的新浪潮,令人们在创造财富的同时,满足精神诉求,推动社会的可持续化发展。文章以大学生返乡就业创业现状为切入点,指出大学生返乡就业创业的现实阻碍,并对返乡就业创业对策进行研究。
The construction and promotion of the concept of“Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship”has truly created a new wave of mass entrepreneurship,allowing people to create wealth while satisfying spiritual demands and promoting the sustainable development of society.The article starts with the current situation of college students returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses,points out the practical obstacles for college students'returning to their hometowns to start businesses,and conducts research on the countermeasures for returning to their hometowns to start businesses.
