摘要
在信息时代,话语权及文化影响力成为决定国家竞争力的关键要素,国家间经济、军事等硬实力对抗逐渐让位于文化软实力竞争,文化建设成为我国经济发展新常态下的重要战略。随着国家与地区间旅游客流规模及交往频率的提升,国家及地区文化伴随旅游者的步伐向外扩散与渗透,旅游过程中所产生的主客交往、文化交流等情感与交互行为以柔性方式实现对旅游者及目的地居民的文化渗透与感召,在无形之中重塑国家及地方文化话语关系及权力。因此,文化软实力提升工作要以文旅深度融合为基础,坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文,通过双向赋能,实现国家旅游吸引力与国家文化软实力的螺旋上升。
In the information society, discourse power and cultural influence have become the key factors that determine national competitiveness. The hard power competition between countries such as economy and military ones has more and more given way to the competition of cultural soft power. Cultural construction has become an important development strategy in the new period of Chinese economic development. With the increase of the scale and communication frequency of tourist flow between countries and regions, national and regional culture is incrementally spreading and osmosing outward with the pace of tourists. The sentiments and interactive behaviors such as the communication and cultural exchange between host and guest generated in tourism, working softy on the cultural attraction and osmosis on tourists, in order to reshape the relationship and power of national and local cultural discourse invisibly. Therefore, the promotion of cultural soft power should be based on the deep integration of culture and tourism, insist on promoting tourism through culture and highlighting culture through tourism, and realize the spiral rise of national tourism attraction and national cultural soft power through mutual stimulating.
