摘要
为解决川煤集团急倾斜松软厚煤层综采存在的问题,在原大倾角、大采高支架可靠防倒、防滑和防飞矸的基础上,对分体运输搬家倒面安装困难导致开采效率不高的问题进行分析研究,优化设计了ZY5400/18/48JD大采高大、伸缩比支架,实现整机安全运输,适应软底开采;依托智能化综采技术,实现急倾斜综采支架防倒、防滑精准控制和支架姿态管理;优化支架适应性,采取伪俯斜开采工艺,减少煤壁片帮和工作面飞煤、飞矸,保障工作面人员及设备安全,实现安全高效开采。
In order to solve the problems existing in the hydraulic support for large mining height in the large dip and steep soft thick coal seam of Sichuan Coal Group,based on the reliable anti falling,anti slip and anti flying gangue of the original support,the problem of the low mining efficiency caused by the difficulty in moving and installing the inverted face of the split transportation was analyzed and studied,and the ZY5400/18/48JD large mining high expansion ratio support was optimized and designed to realize the safe transportation of the whole machine and adapt to the soft bottom mining.Relying on the intelligent fully mechanized mining technology,it realized the precise control of anti falling and anti sliding of the support and the management of the support posture.Optimized the adaptability of the support,adopted the pseudo inclined mining process,reduced the coal wall caving and flying coal and gangue in the working face,ensured the safety of the working face personnel and equipment,and realized the safe and efficient mining of the mine.
