摘要
目前我国西南地区煤矿矿井普遍存在开采装备自动化技术落后、装备配套难等问题,为实现复杂地质条件综采工作面的智能化,通过分析国内外综采工作面智能化开采技术应用现状,针对川煤集团龙滩煤电公司工作面三机布置、两巷超前布置、工作面瓦斯治理、煤层数据建模、通信技术等关键技术进行了分析与探索,并对综采工作面智能化的发展方向进行了展望。
At present,some problems such as antiquated automation technology of mining equipment and mismatching of equipment existed in mines of southwest China.In order to realize the intellectualization of fully mechanized coal mining face under complex geological conditions,by analyzing the application status of intellectualized mining technology at fully mechanized coal mining face in China and abroad,the key technologies such as three-machine layout,two-lane advanced layout,gas control,coal seam data modeling and communication technology in Longtan Coal and Electricity Company of Sichuan Coal Group have been analyzed and explored,and the development direction of the intellectualization of fully mechanized coal face has been prospected.
