上海市宝山区集中隔离医学观察点运行情况调查分析

摘要 目的:对2022年3—5月期间上海市宝山区15家集中隔离医学观察点的收住情况、硬件设施情况、工作人员配置情况及管理运行情况进行分析探讨。方法:于2022年3月1日—5月31日期间选取上海市宝山区5家社区卫生服务中心负责的15家集中隔离医学观察点进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括隔离点的收住、硬件设施、工作人员配置及管理运行情况。结果:2022年3—5月期间,15家集中隔离医学观察点平均收住隔离人员(899.40±867.13)名,收住隔离人员>1000名的有4家(26.7%);收住隔离人员的房间数量>130间的有3家(20.0%),9家(60.0%)参与轮岗的医务人员为11~30名,3家(20.0%)房间数量与工作人员人数比值>30:1;每天对污染区、半污染区、医疗废物暂存区进行2次以上消杀的分别为7家(46.7%)、6家(40.0%)、6家(40.0%),14家(93.3%)在核酸报告异常者转走后24 h内对其房间进行消杀。结论:根据新型冠状病毒感染的疫情形势与病毒变异情况调整防控措施、优化隔离点配置与运行模式至关重要。 Objective:To analyze and discuss the reception of isolated personnel,hardware facilities,staff allocation and management operation of 15 centralized isolated medical observation points in Baoshan District of Shanghai from March to May 2022.Methods:From March 1 to May 31,2022,15 isolation points in charge of 5 community health service centers in Baoshan District of Shanghai were selected for a questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire contents included the settlement,hardware facilities,staff allocation,management and operation of the isolation points.Results:From March to May 2022,15 centralized isolated medical observation points hospitalized an average of(899.40±867.13)isolated people,there were 4 isolation points(26.7%)what received more than 1000 isolated personnel,there were 3(20.0%)isolation points with 130 rooms for isolated personnel,in 9 isolation points(60.0%),11-30 medical personnel participated in rotation,the ratio between the number of rooms and the number of staff in three isolation points(20.0%)was>30:1,there were 7(46.7%),6(40.0%)and 6(40.0%)isolation points that conducted more than two disinfection and sterilization operations in the polluted area,semi polluted area and temporary storage area of medical waste every day,and in 14 isolation points(93.3%),the rooms of those with abnormal nucleic acid reports were disinfected and sterilized within 24 hours after they were transferred.Conclusion:It is very important to adjust the prevention and control measures and optimize the isolation point configuration and operation mode according to the epidemic situation and virus variation of COVID-19.
