摘要
重沸炉是对二甲苯联合装置(即PX装置)的核心热源,而二甲苯塔重沸炉泵就是整个热联合装置的心脏。由于二甲苯塔重沸炉泵进出口管径大、温度及压力等级高等特点,使得二甲苯塔重沸炉泵进出口管道设计成为整个二甲苯分馏单元的重点及难点。结合装置中二甲苯塔重沸炉泵的平面布置,对二甲苯塔重沸炉泵入口管道进行探讨,从管道柔性和管嘴受力等方面进行管道优化,确定合理布置方案。
The re-boiling furnace is the core heat source in the PX unit and the xylenes column re-boiler pump is the heart of the entire heat combined unit. Due to the large diameter, the high temperature and pressure of the inlet and outlet pipes of the xylenes column re-boiler pump, the design of the inlet and outlet pipelines of the xylenes column re-boiler pump become the focus and difficulty of the entire xylene fractionation unit. Combined with the layout of the xylenes column re-boiler pump in the project, the inlet piping design of the xylenes column re-boiler pump was discussed. In order to get a reasonable designing scheme, the pipeline optimization was carried out from the aspects of pipeline flexibility and nozzle force.
