摘要
对二甲苯联合装置(PX)吸附分离单元程控球阀作为装置的核心设备之一,动作频繁,寿命要求高,使用工况苛刻,内、外泄漏控制严格。程控球阀的故障将导致控制系统进入既定的容错程序,导致床层进出口物料流量和压力的波动,最终可能对吸附塔内构件造成严重的破坏和损伤,直接影响装置的安全高效运行。本文以福海创位号为43-XV-421程控球阀的成功应用为案例,探讨程控球阀常见故障原因分析及解决方案。
