摘要
二甲苯塔作为二甲苯装置的核心设备,其敷塔管线具有口径大温度高的特点,设计要求高。合理的管道布置是保证安全生产和降低施工成本的关键。本文以某装置二甲苯塔为例,对其相关的工艺流程和平面布置做了简单介绍,在管线布置、支吊架设置和应力计算等方面对其敷塔管线的设计进行了详细阐述,指出了此类塔器在管道设计过程中应注意的要点和难点。
Dimethylbenzene tower is the key equipment in PX unit, its pipeline has the characteritics of large diameter and high temperature, which requires high design technology. Proper piping arrangement is the key of safety production and cost reduction. The pipe design of a dimethylbenze tower was given, including piping arrangement, hanger selection and stress calculation. Its technological process and layout were briefly introduced. The design point of tower pipeline was listed.
