摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月京东中美医院妇科收治的56例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受阴道超声检查和宫腔镜检查,以病理结果为金标准,分析两种检查的诊断价值。结果宫腔镜准确率高于阴道超声(P<0.05),误诊率低于阴道超声(P<0.05);宫腔镜敏感度、特异性高于阴道超声(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜诊断准确率更高,能够提升诊断效能,降低误诊率,可为临床诊疗提供科学依据。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy for endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 56 patients with suspected endometrial polyps admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Jingdong Zhongmei Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy,and the pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of the two examinations.Results The accuracy of hysteroscopy was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05),and the misdiagnosis rate was lower than that of transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of hysteroscopy were higher than those of transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy has a higher diagnostic accuracy,which can improve the diagnostic efficiency,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,and provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
